英语外教请进来，英语课堂动起来
为进一步提升学校英语课堂教学水平，调动学生的学习兴趣，近日邀请Carlos走进课堂，与英语外教教师、学生零距离接触，面对面交流，创设了良好的英语学习和语言实践环境。

3月20日上午，太行路学校迎来第一名Carlos，首先Carlos听了两节英语示范课，然后深入到八年级六个班进行互动交流。课堂上，外籍教师用极富感染力的语音语调、幽默的话语、风趣的肢体语言，营造出轻松、愉快的交流氛围，使学生体验到纯正的英语，让学生在语言实践中体会到学习的快乐。学生们个个兴奋异常，踊跃举手和这位外教进行对话。八六班的牛焕代表全体师生向Carlos表达感谢，并介绍了学校基本情况，展示出太行路学校的学生风采，流畅的口语表达，配以得体的手势动作，受到外教的热情赞赏。最后Carlos又兴致勃勃参加了英语教研组的研讨会。结合与学生对话实际，向老师们提出三条建议：
On the morning of March 20th, the Taihang Mountain School ushered in the first Carlos, first of all, Carlos listened to two English demonstration courses, and then went deep into the eight grade six classes for interactive communication. Class, foreign teachers with inspirational speech tone, humorous and funny body language, create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere for the exchange, to enable students to experience the pure English, let the students experience the happiness of learning in language practice. The students were so excited that they raised their hands and talked to the foreign teacher. Class 86 cattle Hwan expressed gratitude to all the teachers and students on behalf of Carlos, and introduces the basic situation of the school, showing the Taihang Road School style, fluent in oral English, with appropriate gestures, by the teacher's enthusiastic admiration. Finally, Carlos joined the seminar of English teaching and research group with great interest. Combine the dialogue with the students, put forward three suggestions to the teachers:
一是让学生多说，在交流中提高英语对话水平;

二是结合生活实际，拓宽学生知识视野，不要局限于书本;

三是每节课后及时反馈，对学生的知识掌握有清晰的了解。

新颖的教学模式和熟练的英语口语表达，让全体师生得到一个难得的学习锻炼机会。通过这次外籍教师的示范教学，给英语外教教师和学生带来全新的授课方式和学习体验，提升了学校的教育教学理念，有效引领了学校的英语教学——“兴趣教学法”的新模式。
