在外教招聘中所遇到的一些事

随着接触越来越多的招聘外教的单位，包括幼儿园，各种英语培训机构，初中高中，大学等这样的学校等，然后呢，在学校与外教之间相互推荐的过程中，真的是遇见越来越多的让自己觉得有时候真的是觉得很无奈的事情。

以前的时候总觉的外国人的时间观念是比较强的，应该是很准时这样的，但是昨天给一个杭州的培训学校约面试的澳大利亚外教，约好的晚上9点面试，我还专门跟学校老师说一定要准时这样，老师说肯定没问题。结果到了第二天看老师给我留言说：外教昨天没有上线，然后什么消息都没有。

唉。。。也不知道外教搞什么，后来联系外教到现在也是一句消息都么有回，也没有说我为什么没有面试这样，真不知道怎么想的。要是不想面试的话可以不答应这样啊，结果说好了又不面，这样会让学校这边觉得外教不守时，也会让学校老师觉得我们这边没有做好相关的工作。但其实都专门在面试时间之前再三跟外教那边确认过是否可以这样，结果没想到最后出现这样的情况，真的让人恼火又无语啊。。。

现在看来，不管学校还是外教总是会存在一些这样的人，不按时面试随后又什么都不说的，这样的话以后如何再相信你呢？既然约定好了，就要守约，或者是有什么突发状况，及时或者过后解释一下，大家也不是不能理解，最可怕的就是事情发生了，结果什么解释都没有呢。这种做事的风格真的很不好啊，不然也是对推荐外教的机构增加无形的压力与负担啊，这样的话就会降低工作效率，对学校也好，外教也罢，都是有一定的损失的。希望以后不再遇见这样的事情吧。
