外教招聘中遇到外教转聘要注意的问题

  外教转聘的操作,比从国外直接聘外教手续要容易,时间短,外教已经在中国的优点!所以转聘外教也是各个学校招聘外教的一个选择!但转聘外教也需要一定的行业知识储备,不然忙到最后,发现转聘不了!

  1、 外教是否已经完成合同

  合同完成与否,对外籍教师至关重要,如果一个外籍教师没有完成工作合同,想要想要终止合同,原雇主是否同意终止合同是个大问题,一般情况下,原学校一般不愿意配合,原学校为外教办理签证,包括入境前和入境后都花费了大量的时间和精力,不完成合同就离开,学校损失很大, 学校不配合,外教拿不到解聘书和注销函,新学校就不无法给外教办理工签。

  2.原学校放不放行

  对于需要转聘的外教,一定要问,什么时候完成合同,学校会给解聘书吗?疫情期间,外教资源紧缺,很多完成合同的外教,在提出解聘的同时,原来学校会通过加薪,减少课时等方法来挽留当下的外教,所以,完成合同的外教转聘,也需要问清楚这些问题。

  3. 完成合同/合同到期

  有的外教不明白转聘事宜,一直到合同结束的那一刻才联系学校说需要离职,很多学校拿到的居留许可和工作许可在同一时间点过期,如果外教提出离职时间过晚,他的居留许可就会自动过期,那么就不存在解聘的事情,属于工作许可自动过期,不会存在注销的问题了。那就没有办法转聘了。

  疫情期间,很多外都是停留签证,一个月去移民局延期一次,也有的是延期2个月的签证,类似这种签证,很多城市都不能转聘,说的是不给停留签转聘,所以办理转聘的时候,一定问清楚,城市不一样,那么政策也不一样!

  一般城市不需要国内无犯罪记录,只要有之前的无犯罪记录就可以。但是有的城市需要之前学校驻地开的最近一年居留的无犯罪记录证明,需要去辖区派出所开出就可以。

  6.工作许可(工签)

  一般母语外教都是英语老师职位,都属于文教类工作签证,都比较好转聘。但是针对一些非母语国家的外教,有的学校聘请的小语种外教教学,比如俄罗斯语,西班牙语或者是艺术老师等,这种转聘的时候就需要注意,看学校有没有类似的许可,没有这类许可也不能转聘。

  7. 推荐信

  推荐信在转聘中至关重要,一般下家单位都会要求前学校的推荐信,如果在前学校工作不积极,没有完成合同,那么估计推荐信不会给,或者是推荐信的内容也不利于转聘。所以建议每个外教到校都好好工作。
