转聘外教老师需要注意的问题有什么?

  1、外教是否已经完成合同

  合同完成与否,对外教老师至关重要,如果一个外籍教师没有完成工作合同,想要终止合同,原雇主是否同意终止合同是个大问题,一般情况下,原学校一般不愿意配合,原学校为外教办理签证,包括入境前和入境后都花费了大量的时间和精力,不完成合同就离开,学校损失很大,学校不配合,外教拿不到解聘书和注销函,新学校就不无法给外教办理工签。

  有的外教不明白转聘事宜,一直到合同结束的那一刻才联系学校说需要离职,很多学校拿到的居留许可和工作许可在同一时间点过期,如果外教提出离职时间过晚,他的居留许可就会自动过期,那么就不存在解聘的事情,属于工作许可自动过期,不会存在注销的问题了。那就没有办法转聘了。

  一般母语外教都是英语老师职位,都属于文教类工作签证,都比较好转聘。但是针对一些非母语国家的外教,有的学校聘请的小语种外教教学,比如俄罗斯语,西班牙语或者是艺术老师等,这种转聘的时候就需要注意,看学校有没有类似的许可,没有这类许可也不能转聘。

  推荐信在转聘中至关重要,一般下家单位都会要求前学校的推荐信,如果在前学校工作不积极,没有完成合同,那么估计推荐信不会给,或者是推荐信的内容也不利于转聘。所以建议每个外教到校都好好工作。
